The Eco Grass Roll is a Swedish based company and complies with Swedish consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with the Eco Grass Roll is safe. You won’t get ripped off and we’ll sort out any problems you have. By visiting our website you accept and agree to the content of these Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

If we decide to change our Terms and Conditions, we’ll post the changes on this page so that you’re always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.
Ordering
When placing an order you agree that all the information given is accurate and complete. You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. If we cannot accept your order we will contact you by email and shall refund any amount already paid to us. We will always make every effort to supply you with the products listed in your order confirmation.
Order Amendments & Cancellations
Normally we’re really quick at picking and packing orders, which means we can’t always make changes once it has been placed. However, we will always try our best to do so when and where we can.
For any cancellation or amendment enquiries, please email order@ecograssroll.comcom. The email must include the nature of your request, order number and the name on the order.
Returns
If you have changed your mind or no longer require the order, then we will happily accept your return. You may return your order to us within 30 days of purchase.
Please bear in mind –
- You must arrange and pay for the return shipping.
- The products must be in their original and a resellable condition.
- Any seed packaging must not have been opened.

Once we receive your return, we will refund you as soon as possible and always within 14 days. We will also send a confirmation email once we have processed your refund.

Your will be refunded to the original method of payment used. Standard delivery charges will not be refunded, however if you have selected an express delivery, we will not refund you for the cost of the standard delivery charge or the express delivery.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, then please get in touch – order@ecograssroll.com Please include, your order number, details of the damage and if possible photographic evidence of the damage.

Accuracy of information
We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using our copywriters and in-house photography studio to make sure we give the end user the most accurate representation of each and every product on the site.
Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you’ve purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we’ll happily replace or refund the product.
Pricing liability
All prices listed on www.ecograssroll.com are correct at the time of entering. Your credit card or debit card will be charged at the point of purchase.
If a genuine error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price published on www.ecograssroll.com is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order, and shall refund any amount already paid to us.

Wildflower Mixtures
We occasionally change the ‘recipe’ of our wildflower mixtures to ensure every mix contains a balanced variety of the wildflower seed species. We always aim to adhere to this original mixture breakdown, but as our wildflowers are European native we may, on occasion, have to take into account the seasonal availability of some wildflower seeds within the Europe. In order to keep our wildflower seeds entirely Europe native, at times, the percentage of some wildflower seeds in each mix may vary by slightly increasing or decreasing. Where there are shortfalls in the percentage of one wildflower seed species, there will be a surplus in other species within the mix.
The most up to date ingredients of our wildflower mixes will always be displayed on our website however there are occasions where the percentage of the individual wildflowers in each mix may vary slightly as we transition from one mixture to another.
